Hydration During Play

Drink 6 to 8 oz. of cool water every 15 to 20 minutes during a match. Cool water (40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit) is absorbs faster. Water is best for 60 to 90 minutes before a match, after that sport drinks offer more advantage.
